Adjustable Gate Valve Lockout 1"–6.5" (25–165 mm)

A clamshell cover that closes over a gate valve handwheel and locks, so the wheel cannot be turned. One device covers handwheels from 25 mm up to 165 mm, which means a single unit serves most of the small and mid-size valves on a line.
