Aspida (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Aspida mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the Aspida app or website, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when placing an order. We also collect order history and loyalty points data to operate your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to process and deliver your orders, communicate order status updates, manage your loyalty points balance, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region) with row-level security enforced on all tables. Only you can access your own data. Our admin team can access order data for fulfillment purposes only.
4. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, we send push notifications to update you on your order status (e.g., confirmed, dispatched, delivered). You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. We do not use push notifications for marketing.
5. Cookies
Our website uses essential storage for site functions such as your cart and admin authentication. Analytics and advertising measurement load only after you accept them in the consent banner; declining keeps them disabled. You can change or clear your choice through your browser settings.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We will respond within 7 business days. Deleting your account removes all personal data from our systems within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Aspida is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of our app or website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
