The terms that apply when you buy from Aspida — plainly stated, with no small print designed to be missed.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Aspida website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Prices and availability
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We work to keep prices and stock accurate, but both can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, or a price is shown in error, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel without charge.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our range, or we cannot verify the contact details provided.
4. Payment
We accept cash on delivery. VAT is applied where requested and shown separately in your order summary and invoice. A valid VAT number is required to issue a VAT invoice.
5. Correct use of protective equipment
Protective equipment only protects when the right equipment is chosen for the hazard and used and maintained correctly. You are responsible for selecting equipment suited to your own risk assessment, for following the manufacturer's instructions and certification markings supplied with it, and for replacing equipment that is damaged, expired or worn. We supply certified equipment; we do not carry out your risk assessment. If you are unsure which specification you need, contact us before ordering and we will help.
6. Product information
We take care to describe products, certifications and specifications accurately. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches. Where a certification standard is stated, it refers to the standard the manufacturer certifies the product against.
7. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or use beyond the product's rated purpose, or equipment that has been altered.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
