How and when your order reaches you, what it costs, and how to follow it on the way.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver across all governorates of Egypt. Cairo and Giza are usually the fastest; remote areas may take a little longer.
2. Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or public holidays are processed the next working day. If an item is out of stock we contact you before dispatching the rest of your order.
3. Delivery charges
A flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The exact amount always appears in the order summary, so you know the full total before committing to anything.
4. Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. You may inspect the packaging and confirm the items match your order before paying.
5. Tracking your order
Every order gets an order number. Enter it with your phone number on our Track Order page to see its current stage — confirmed, picked up, out for delivery, or delivered.
6. Failed delivery attempts
If nobody is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a new time. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable — an unreachable number is the most common reason an order is delayed.
7. Bulk and corporate orders
Site-wide kit-outs, corporate accounts and large quantities are handled directly — message us on WhatsApp for pricing, lead times and VAT invoicing.
